Vox GR: Western Edge of the World
Vox GR, Grand Rapids’ professional choir, will present Western Edge of the World on May 14th at First United Methodist Church in Grand Rapids. I am excited to be performing in this program, which features works by Haitan-American composer Sydney Guillame, American Composer Stephen Paulus, and J.S. Bach. The major choral work of this concert is Gabriel Jackson’s To the Field of Stars, a narrative work about the pilgrimage site of Santiago de Compostela.
