West Michigan Choral Lab is seeking new choral works & poems for our February 2026 concert Songs of Protest. All submissions should be themed around protest, rest as resistance, standing up for justice, and exploring problematic systems & power structures.
WMCL promotes support of local community advocacy groups and positive change for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and other minority groups in West Michigan. By promoting diverse composers and poets, we inspire our community to take long-term action to improve equity & inclusion.
